We collect only the information needed to build pool leagues, teams and competitions across South Wales: your name, contact details, location, playing preferences and, where relevant, team or venue details.

We record the date, time and exact wording of the permission you give us, and we never pre-tick a consent box. You can withdraw permission at any time and we will stop contacting you.

Your details are stored securely and are never published, sold or shared publicly. Only the South Wales organising team can see them, behind a password-protected login.

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email us and we will action it.

We do not collect sensitive personal information or dates of birth.
